Who will be working on my resume?

We have a small group of trusted professionals that have many years of experience across multiple industries that will be working directly on your resume or cover letter.  We know the key words and effective formatting to ensure you are receiving the highest quality service.

How do I know which level I need to select when ordering?

Entry Level and Student: the person just entering the workforce or that has 2 or less years of experience.

Professional Level: the mid-level professional with 2 or more years of experience.

Executive Level: the upper-level management professional and above including doctors, lawyers etc and C-Level executives.

What formats can I receive my resume in?

As part of our service we offer all resumes in: Word, PDF and Text format (text format is ideal for posting on job boards and submitting through websites)

The style of resume you offer seems plain, why is that?

Our resumes are formatted to ensure you get the best view from a hiring manager and recruiter.  We have been writing resumes, reviewing resumes and hiring people for over 20 years.  The styles we offer are the styles the we have seen get the most "looks".  "Bling" type resumes tend to be distracting and we have a hard time finding the right information.  If we have a hard time finding the right information, so will the people that are reviewing your resume.  

 

If you do want a specific style or to modify the resumes we offer, we do offer a custom service.  We want to make sure you are getting a service that is exactly what you want.

How can I communicate with the resume writer?

Can I ask for revisions?

In one word, Absolutely!  We want to make sure you are completely satisified with our service.  If you need a quick change or want something moved in your resume, just let us know at support@easywayresume.com and we will take care of you.

I lost my resume or cover letter that you wrote for me, what do I do?

We store all of our clients resumes and cover letters on a secure server.  Just send us a message to support@easywayresume.com and we will send you the requested information.

What if I don't like the completed resume or cover letter? Can I ask for a refund?

You have unlimited revisions to your resume, we will do what it takes to ensure you have the resume you want.  If at the end, you are not satisfied with our service, please request a refund at support@easywayresume.com within 3 days of receiving your final resume and we will refund the cost.

I don't have a current resume or cover letter, will I be able to get one with nothing to send in?

Definitely!  We have an easy online form that will walk you through the information we need to create your resume or cover lettter.

Do I still need to send you a resume or cover letter if I filled out the online form? How do I upload files?

For a new resume and cover letter, we do recommend that you send us what you already have (even if they aren't complete) and fill out the form.  This will give us all the needed information to create your new resume and/or cover letter.  We have found that information our clients may not think is important is actually very good information to have in a resume.  Also, if you were to accidentally miss something when you fill out the online form, it may already be in the resume or cover letter you sent to us.

 

Uploading files is very easy - we offer both an email address to send to us directly and an online submission where you can copy and paste your current resume.

How can you guarantee my privacy on my personal information and credit card information?

Our pledge to all our clients is to never share any information.  We understand the need for privacy and will ensure that your information is held secure.  We store all our customers information for resumes on a secure server.

 

All payments are made through PayPal, a proven fully secure system to ensure credit card information is safe.
